- Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through our website host (Squarespace) and its integrated payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal). Gliding Grains never sees or stores your credit card number.
We use your information strictly for the following:
- Fulfilling Orders: To bake, pack, and ship your bread to the correct location.
- Communication: To send you a "Bake Day" alert or a personal note if there is a question about your delivery.
- Improvement: To understand which loaves are favorites so we can better plan our fermentation schedule.
