Gliding Grains Bread Co. is a small, veteran-owned sourdough bakery based on Fort Meade, just a few minutes from Odenton. Odenton is our next-door neighbor, so it is one of the easiest places for us to reach. Every loaf is baked to order and hand-delivered to your door, so there is no store shelf in between.

Whether you are near Odenton Town Center, Piney Orchard, Seven Oaks or along Route 175, you are well inside our 10-mile hand-delivery area. Local hand-delivery is a flat $7, with a $16 order minimum. What We Bake
- Signature Wild-Yeast Sourdough (from $12): 24-hour slow-fermented, in Classic White, White/Whole Wheat, or Rosemary & Sea Salt.
- Milk Bread or Dinner Rolls (from $9): soft Tangzhong-method loaves and rolls, preservative-free.
- Airy Focaccia (from $8): crisp, bubbly and topped with rosemary, garlic and sea salt.

Do you have a storefront?
No. We bake from our home kitchen on Fort Meade with no walk-in hours, so local orders are hand-delivered to your door.
